I’ve been here quiet a few times, the blonde lady is always here, i suppose it’s the manager? Unfortunately I didn’t get any names. She’s horrible at her job, the nastiest attitude and face, when the other girl isn’t as rude as her she’s still snarky too. I tried to order a #1 combo of small smoothie and cinnamon pretzel bites - they were out of mangos completely. I tried to pivot and order a #4 of a lemonade with a pretzel and they told me they were out of pretzels and I’d have to wait 10 minutes and I asked if they could sub for pretzel bites, also no. Then I asked if they could sub the smoothie of the #1 for the lemonade and cinnamon bites and they also said no. Worst experience in a jamba juice I have ever had. Everyone is getting their orders as my toddler screams. The drinks looked messy and disgusting. I never got my drink and had to get a refund.
