legit the rudest staff ever
I ordered a catering order for 90 smoothies. They sent me 30 smoothies on time, and then proceeded to tell me they would send me the 60 remaining smoothies. Two hours later instead of receiving 60 smoothies as I was promised, I received 30 smoothies. And when the smoothies arrived they were completely liquid.
Jamba in general is great but the customer service of the employees at this particular location is abysmal
Poor guy working said it was his first day; today December 8th, 2025. He was not given instructions on how to make old menu items like Orange A Peel, and said there was no manager there to help so I had to order off the existing menu. He could not do a custom order either. Every other Jamba Juice of the last 20 years has been able to do those things but not this one. It seems the other reviews have cited problems for quite a while now with this franchise…
