I come here many times a week with my family, some of the team members are better than others. However some are just awful, they get mad and easily bothered when you correct them on a mistake. Instead of trying to make you happy and satisfied, they give you attitude and will try to charge you for every little thing. Quality control and portion size has no standard. I normally go here to the seaside location and have no issues. I went on the 3rd of May 2024 around 745pm. I got an açaí primo and I wanted made thick and I ordered a sweet pretzel to try (never tried any of their food options). I did inquire about the thickness of the Açaí to the cashier before purchasing, and I was told that it could be made thick thick ( I ask every time just so you it would not be an issue a normally it isn’t an issue).
