Absolutely horrible service they are extremely rude here management included. I stood at the counter while at least 6 people talked to each other. Finally someone came forward and took my order. I ordered a medium and they didn't even fill it all the way or give me the correct drink. I asked for a cup of water while I was in line and some white lady (with thin blonde hair and a receding hair line )manger filled water from the sink used to wash hands. I’ve had toilet seats with a better personality Sad sad. But typical in today’s world.
Stood in line for 30 mins!!! Then waited another 30 mins!! Absolutely terrible service. Upper management needs to get involved. From reviewing the last reviews, this location needs replaced with something else. Close it down. 2.5 average rating?? Wow. Make a change. Practice what your comments are saying and not just always apologizing.
HIRE MORE FAST PEOPLE. THIS PLACE ALWAYS UNDER STAFFED, ITS BEEN 3x, I NEVER GOT ORDER BECAUSE LINE IS TOOOO LONG, no ingredients, nothing. Or just close this store. I only want a fruit shake smh
3 females working, 3 females on their phones. Literally while scooping out what's needed for my beverage with one hand and then texting with the other. Working in absolute sloth mode while the customers behind me waited on their orders.
