Came in at 7:34 gentleman was rude making faces when we came in. We didn’t even finish ordering when he told us the total and when we added a waffle slammed the frozen one to the table. We told him how we didn’t want blue berry or honey and made a bad facial expression . Order was done wrong tried to blame us when we clearly said on the regular one no peanut butter
Erick M refused to give me my smoothie in a bowl as inventory was low. As a paying consumer that’s not an excuse or my should be my concern. This a management , employee, or corporate concern. As a paying consumer I should get what I’m asking for. Very disappointed with customer service and Jamba Juice
Just bought a juice at this location. The cashier was blowing his nose into tissue paper. Then procede to put a lid on my drink and handed over to me. Very unsanitary.
Wasn’t greeted when I walked they kinda just looked at me I ordered a large razzmatazz and a medium white gummy smoothies were good the razzmatazz wasn’t blended right and I got a 6 pc mozzarella bites I only received 5 of them I guess ol boy can’t count they weren’t even busy customer service wasn’t there if you don’t like your job probably should just quit and find a better one plain and simple.
