I have been a loyal jamba juice patron and I would usually have only good things to say; however, my recent experience fell short of standards. I was greeted with NO smile or enthusiasm by a blonde employee who smelled VERY strongly of cigarettes. She claims to be the manager but i have my doubts...She did not seem happy to be there, and it looked like she was annoyed to do her job. We went into this location this morning because we had a gift card. We hadn’t been in a while. Anna was friendly & incredibly helpful & guided us to the exact order we wanted. She made our morning!
