We ordered two different smoothies; one with whey protein and the other with soy. The girl is not paying attention to take the orders. She gave me one of the smoothies with whey protein and I’m allergic to it. I had to return and ask because the flavor was VERY VERY BAD and she confirmed it was whey protein. She prepared one more and the taste is still bad but not as bad as before, so I’m not sure if it was the protein or they’re not cleaning properly and the flavors are getting mixed. Girl was rude at the front counter. Couldnt get my order right after I tried telling her multiple times what I wanted and literally acted like it was an inconvenience for us to be there or having to take our order. Customer service is definitely lacking and it was not even busy.
I gave this place 2 stars due to when you try to order online on their website the items I try to order which are the bowls always say “not available at this location “. When you order at the actual place items are available but for $3.00 more. I have mentioned it to the people at the location on several occasions but all I’m told is “ we cant do anything about it”.
