Ken has terrible customer service. I understand today was a busy day but he was extremely nice and talkative to everyone else but the second me and my mother walked up he was just quiet and didn’t say anything. We didn’t get the energy like everyone else did. He didn’t speak or say hello. There was 4 of us and one kid was sitting down.
