The two girls Jasmine and Alessandra were friendly and welcoming and changed a bad experience I was having after being chased by a militant security guard that apparently even wants to fight me off duty. Used to come here all the time until today. I understand you have to change the signs that show the items but use a ladder. Today I saw them change a sign out, walking all over the couter they prepare drinks on and then started making my drink without even cleaning it. I asked for a refund and will go somewhere else today.
The drinks are fine and was made like normal. The issue was when I got halfway through my drink, there was something in my mouth. When I pulled it out it. It wasn’t just a single hair. It was a balled up CLUNK of long hairsssss. Like a knot. I don’t know how it was even possible for them not to see it get in there. But I gagged when I took it out my mouth and threw up after.
