order a greens and apple smoothie today and received some kind of weird purple smoothie with what i’m guessing was açaí or blueberries. I was on my lunch break and tried to call back 4 different times but was unfortunately met with the stores voicemail each time I called. Certainly not a good experience and a complete waste of $11 and my time, I’ll make sure to stay away from this Jamba Juice when I’m in La Quinta. Big juice bar and Fresh juice bar are much high quality and i’ve never had a smoothie made completely wrong.

I want to give a shoutout to Martin at the La Quinta Jamba Juice — he’s always so friendly, professional, and on top of my orders every time I come in. You can tell he actually cares about great customer service. Honestly, he’s the reason I keep coming back! The rest of the staff could definitely improve their attitudes, but Martin truly stands out and deserves recognition for the great job he’s doing.

I've been to several of these establishments, but I can honestly say that today's experience has topped them all. I had the pleasure of meeting Alejandro, and he was a absolute delight. Very friendly and helpful. Other places are quick to rush you in and out, and to be honest, seem frustrated if you ask questions. Not here. I hope his supervisors see this and I hope they know what a great employee they have. Thank you again Alejandro for the great interaction
