I came by today (2/10/26, 3:50pm) to pick up an order and nobody was around in the front to help or take orders. I waited a few minutes before I tried calling the store - no answer. There was no bell to alert any people in the back. There was no sign explaining if they’d return. Nothing. I guess you just have to stand around and wait forever until someone feels like checking. I recently visited this Jamba Juice location and had a very hard time getting a staff members attention so that way I could order. Turns out I step a little farther to the side and see the employee in the back of the store sitting down and sleeping with this eyes closed, not even saying excuse me could get his attention. I will never be returning to this establishment ever again and will give my business to competitor tropical Smoothie.
Here I am, 10:30 am on a Saturday, supposed to be open at 10:00 but it’s all locked up. This place doesn’t want your money.
“I didn’t enjoy this drink at all. The taste was very bland and when I asked if sugar could be added or changed, I was told it wasn’t possible. Unfortunately, it felt like a waste of money.” very disappointed 😞
We go there at 6:30 and thy were closed. The hours stated say 7 is when they close
