It took more than 30 mins for me to get my acai bowl, and on top of that the older guy that was making it had a terrible attitude the entire time. Very unprofessional
Was served a warm smoothie that was watered down and the employee said he needed approval to remake it but stated that the manager was not there and to walk to the other end of the mall to auntie Annie’s to get our own approval most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard of. The manager wasn’t at the other location and we were told by their employees that the manager was back at the other location where Jamba Juice was. The lady that works at Jamba Juice has a terrible attitude. She was unprovoked and tried to start an argument with me all because I wanted to watch them make the açaí bowls. That’s one of my favorite parts when I go to the store. She proceeded to ask me “what’s wrong? Something wrong?” With a bad tone of voice, as if I was trying to start an argument. The customer service lacked in this establishment. The young lady at the counter seem to have an attitude and seemed so unhappy.
Why stay open if you refuse to make smoothies at a smoothie place! Two employees standing around refusing to make anything after 5pm when it was 4:45. The reasoning “in case it got busy.” These ladies should be FIRED! The young black pierced teenage girl was beyond rude and I’ll be contacting corporate. FYI I’m a black woman also. If you’re so short staffed you can’t even make your product with employees on the clock you should close down!
