my total was 13$ and some change and when the total processed with my bank the total changed to 41$ they went in changed the amount and never returned any messages trying to fix the issue as anyone who runs a professional business should given they have thieves that work there just wonder how many other people they have done this too no refund no nothing lies for over a month about a check for the full amount that was never received
I got a bowl from there and it had plastic all in it I had to go to the doctor to make sure I was all good just in case I had swallowed any of it. I tried to call multiple times. They didn’t pick up horrible location horrible service do not recommend at all.
Cannot get ahold of the store says numbers been disconnected and my 20$ bill turned it o 40$ because someone added a tip to my card I didn’t approve of ! This is ridiculous I want my money back
Slow and unfriendly with an attitude towards customers just ordering a smoothie
Was the only person on line and waited 20 minute for three drinks. While we waited a line formed due to the slow service no staff was in any rush nor did they try to addresss the long wait. They went about there business as if they weren’t causing a clog in the mall. Horrible service.
