Berry Smoothie with Protein was flavorless compared to Tropical Smoothie or Smoothie King. 6/10 will probably never come back for one.
Empanadas I recieved were still frozen. No one greeted me for over 8 minutes. The wait time was almost an hour. Once I asked how much longer my order would take, I was told they no longer had one of the items I ordered available. This was already after 30 minutes of waiting.
Unfortunate experience. Service was very slow, specifically a gentleman with very poor customer service skills; no greeting, no communication, barely spoke. Our order took 25 minutes, and although the older gentleman apologized as we waited, it still didn’t make up for the delay. I stood in the drive thru watching the girls walk pass me as I try to grab their attention and had to go inside to get my order. Just for them to still mess up my order
Waited over 30 minutes for only 2 pretzels only for both pretzels to be nearly fully burnt! Horrid wait time for only 2 pretzels and it tastes bitter.
