My son ordered a small Strawberries Wild, and they did NOT fill up his cup all the way. I ordered a medium Green Ginger, and once they brought my order up, someone else took my order, and once they gave me my actual order, it was filled to the brim. Walked out, cup lid was not secure, and popped off splashing smoothie all over my shirt. The service has gone downhill since combining with Auntie Anns. Will never come again.
I usually love Jamba Juice but this location gets poor rating from me because everytime I come here there’s always something they don’t have or isn’t freshly made. The boards aren’t even updated. You ask for something that you see on the menu and they tell you it’s seasonal and they no longer have it. The prices aren’t accurate and updated either. Theres never any pretzels when I come. The woman was very kind but there was only one person working and so it seemed no one had time to clean the lobby. She served me relatively quick but i felt very bad for her. Get someone else on the floor! Lol
The door said it opened at 7 AM. I went there at 7:40 and it was locked and no one was to be found completely wasted my morning. Waiting on them to open the door will never go there again
Understaffed, rude, always some goofy excuse for why they don't feel like making something. Just stood in line 25 min for her to tell me she's the only one there, so she's not making any pretzels. Told the lady in front of me she couldn't have extra strawberries because they weren't sliced! What!?
