Under staffed
Everything was fine until drink was made the young lady who took my order was very pleasant however the young lady who finalized the drink after having numerous conversations an not paying attention to detail she was upset having to split my drink into 2 cups then ran out of lids and the demeanor and attitude was very visible.
I'm not sure what in the world happened at my visit today... I live in the area and have been a handful of times with no issues. Today, 12/20/25 and around 3:00PM, I ordered a large smoothie for me and a regular acai bowl for my daughter. It took the two ladies behind the counter over 45 MINUTES to get my drink to me. The place wasn't THAT busy. Maybe 8 customers total. These girls just did not have a handle on things and it caused every single person there at the time to have to wait a similar 45 minutes like myself. I woul... read more
