The service was very poor, the attendant was distracted, and got my order wrong
I did not like the way they behave with me and my friend …. I went there to take smoothie during the 1 dollar offer …..it was written in the notice that you can get smoothie if you are parent there . I went there to get smoothies for 1 dollar during the offer and the manager of jumba juice a lady with large build insulated me and my friend and refused to give the smoothie…. It was written in the notice paper that a person can get smoothies if he or she is present there but it was not written that you can’t come twice …..i was not getting the smoothie for free …. I payed her for that but the way the treated me was really bad … i was not the only one who came twice there were so many people who came again and again to get ... read more
I went to make smoothie for me and my friend but she refused to give the smoothie... but it was written in the notice that a person can get the smoothie if he or she is present . But was not written that a person cannot come twice to get the smoothie.... the employee working there took my order but the other lady ( manage ) came and refused her to take the order .... I felt insulted because so many people were standing there and we waited in the line for so long .... really very very bad service
