I visited this location on 6/22/2026 at approximately 8:25 PM. When I opened the door, I noticed that the employees had already started cleaning, and the stools were placed on top of the tables. I asked if they were still open, and the female employee kindly took my order. The male employee prepared my order. I ordered a Large Açaí Primo Bowl, but when I received it, I noticed the bowl was only about halfway full (see attached photos). In my opinion, this portion was not worth the $13.00 I paid. This was a pretty bad experience. The staff avoid looking at you at all cost and do not want to take your order. They tell you to use the kiosk which is pretty unfortunate since no secret menu is available, neither are the customized options to manually build it. Valuable lesson learned to find a different Jamba in the future.
I ordered a pretzel and a small smoothie, large smoothie and the three ladies that helped me were so kind and sweet. They ended up letting me take the extra of my smoothie and put it in a small cup for my 3 year old and that gesture means a lot to me. Thank you all so much! Great customer service.
