Walked in at 5:55 pm on a Saturday, five minutes before closing, and there was no line. That alone felt like a civic miracle. The man at the counter made me a custom Jamba smoothie with spinach, pear, apple, blueberries, dry aged bay leaves, and soy protein powder. Odd list. Excellent result. The strip mall is grim, but the inside is clean, open, and easy to navigate. Plenty of seating, clear counter, no chaos. Five stars for a good drink, good service, and a small pocket of competence before the doors locked.
The girl working alone yesterday was so rude and did not speak a work until after I paid. She didn’t greet me, or ask what I’d like I just had to start speaking myself and even after I paid didn’t acknowledge me until she handed me the smoothie and said “it’s done” and that’s it
H did a fantastic job give that young man a raise
“H” did an awesome job today! He said it was his first day but he handled a bunch of orders at one time like a seasoned professional! Would highly recommend continuing to invest in “H” - his hard work ethic, customer service, and good attitude make him a huge asset to Jamba!
