This is the worst Jamba Juice that I’ve ever been to , The clerk was not friendly, and even though I was only customer there, she pointed me to the automated order machine, like she didn’t have time to assist me . I get that we’re an automated world and a lot of businesses are encouraging to order online ahead of time and just do pick up but if you’re not busy, why not give customers good customer service. I originally ordered in 7/26 razzmatazz large split cup with plant whey and vitamins +zinc when I arrived girl gave me a large cup and it looked like a deep purple I asked if that was razzmatazz she answered with a yes I thought it was strange because it’s more pinkish I didn’t try there up until I got home and one there was no whey or vitamins and it was not razzmatazz idk what she gave me I called store lvm so I can get a refund waited until next day no call back so called back in the evening and no call back again !!
