My mom visited the store today and was treated poorly. Apparently the girl behind the counter had a bad day and took it out on my mom. When she finally acknowledged my mom, her response was, what do you need? No hello, how may I help you, no smile, just rude. Being a senior citizen, younger staff need to be empathetic to their lack of knowledge with computers. My mom could not figure out the order menu and the staff could not be bothered with helping her. My mom needed up leaving without placing an order.
Steven the employee of the month providing outstanding customer service. He was very understanding and kind. Helped with this drink that is only limited to summer but made it work today.
Amazing staff, they were so helpful when we had a problem with our rewards. The service is super fast even during busy times. Place is clean and board games available for people to use. Love it and definitely making this my regular store.
100 percent of pure satisfaction every time I walk in that place. I just wish they still sold Pineapple Palooza. And the California Jamba Juice need to teach the Columbus Ohio Jamba Juice how to make a thick smoothie. But the Brea California Jamba Juice is on point every single time.
