The menu clearly labels a regular bowl as $6.99, but I was charged $10.49. I told the person who put in my order and they said the price listed was wrong and refused to honor it. The food was good, but I've never before experienced a place refusing to honor the price they listed something at....
Normally I rate places 5 stars since I'm easily impressed, but this place and organization I was unsatisfied with. I went in with a hundred dollar bill since it didn't say anywhere that it wasn't allowed. I had to leave and come back after ordering, everyone was so busy and understaffed that noone came to help me when I returned for awhile, and when they did they hardly listened at all (though it was dificult to with the blasting music) just threw it together and scanned my app, without telling me that the 50% coupon they sc... read more
The staff are always awesome
The girl at the cashier counter At about 5 o'clock on January 3rd was the rudest store employee I have ever encountered there. Not only did she not greet me, she just stared at me when it was my turn.
IT WAS SUPER HOT IN THERE. I WAS TOLD THAT THEIR A.C. HAS BEEN BROKEN SINCE JAN. THE EMPLOYEE SAID THAT THE OWNER CAN'T GET IT FIXED UNTIL LATE JULY. THIS IS AN OSHA VIOLATION FOR HAVING THEIR EMPLOYEES WORK IN THESE CONDITIONS. IT WAS SO HOT AN EMPLOYEE OPENED UP THE DOUBLE DOORS. SHAME ON THIS OWNER.
