The staff are always awesome
The girl at the cashier counter At about 5 o'clock on January 3rd was the rudest store employee I have ever encountered there. Not only did she not greet me, she just stared at me when it was my turn.
IT WAS SUPER HOT IN THERE. I WAS TOLD THAT THEIR A.C. HAS BEEN BROKEN SINCE JAN. THE EMPLOYEE SAID THAT THE OWNER CAN'T GET IT FIXED UNTIL LATE JULY. THIS IS AN OSHA VIOLATION FOR HAVING THEIR EMPLOYEES WORK IN THESE CONDITIONS. IT WAS SO HOT AN EMPLOYEE OPENED UP THE DOUBLE DOORS. SHAME ON THIS OWNER.
I absolutely love this Jamba! All of the girls I have had the pleasure of meeting are just amazing. Lupe's super bubbly demeanor instantly puts me in a good mood ! Ivie is always so welcoming and warm. Alicia is always so friendly! They are the best start to anyone's day. These women are kind caring. They literally make the best smoothies, you can taste the love!
Workers are working hard, but management has failed them. They are understaffed, leading to long waits.
