Came to this location for a Smoothie with my daughter and for some reason took 20 minutes and people who ordered after me got food first I ordered one smoothie waiting area felt like it had no AC waited so long Finally got my smoothie the manager apologized and acknowledged that I had been skipped over. This is despite the fact that I'm the only person who left them a tip while I was there. It wasn't much of a tip, but I didn't get much service either.
I have been ordering here almost every week. Happens way to many times that my bakery orders are getting missed. Just paid for two waffles again and its missing.. you cant even blame the driver as the bags are sealed.. Have been trying to call this location for weeks, no one is picking up the phone. I am getting ripped off..
This place needs a new team. I walk in, nobody in line, the cashier avoids me to go take a dump. Needless to say I left. The guy making smoothies, was talking to the customer in front of me, telling him how sick he is at the moment. Disgusting. Never greeted or welcomed in. Just avoided. Hire adults, not children.
