I have been ordering here almost every week. Happens way to many times that my bakery orders are getting missed. Just paid for two waffles again and its missing.. you cant even blame the driver as the bags are sealed.. Have been trying to call this location for weeks, no one is picking up the phone. I am getting ripped off..
This place needs a new team. I walk in, nobody in line, the cashier avoids me to go take a dump. Needless to say I left. The guy making smoothies, was talking to the customer in front of me, telling him how sick he is at the moment. Disgusting. Never greeted or welcomed in. Just avoided. Hire adults, not children.
came here to order my juice as usual, like I do at other locations. I asked for orange, lemon, and ginger juice. The guy responded that the orange juice machine was out of order, so he couldn’t make it. I then asked for lemon and ginger juice, but he replied, “Oh, I can’t make it; it won’t taste good.” To whoever responsible in this location, should teach the employees to make the order without suggestions, because everyone knows what they like!!!

The service here was INCREDIBLE!! The young lady behind the counter who was shift lead was so friendly and talked to us about our shared experience working at Jamba. The matcha I ordered was one of the best I ever had and the açaí super antioxidant was perfection!! Even the man who gave us our order was so nice and asked us how we liked it. 10/10 def recommend!!
