Al three kiosks were struggling and we told staff. They didn’t do anything. Three other guests left when there was nothing done about it. Ours finally processes after multiple attempts but the people after us had issues to and the girl who was told didn’t speak very good English but told them to please use machine after they told her machine wasn’t working properly. Worst experience ever, I walked into the store and got ignored, while ordering the guy taking my order aka known as (Carlos) super rude guy with an attitude, rolled his eyes multiple times. Canceled my first transaction and no refund in my account. Besides all of that, my order was wrong.
They don’t. Take rewards from Jamba Juice
Charged my card but the order showed up nowhere in the system. After 25 minutes the manager still could not come to assist. We ended up having to pay for a second bowl because the workers refused to make the bowl we had paid for. We’re going to have to report the original charge which the employees could not fix.
