I recently visited the Jamba location at the Salt Lake City Airport. I really enjoyed the smoothie I ordered. It tasted fresh and high quality. However, the attitude of the employees left something to be desired. When I thanked one of the staff members for my order, she gave me a disgusted look and didn’t respond. I understand that employees don’t have to be overly enthusiastic, but a simple friendly acknowledgment goes a long way in creating a welcoming experience.
