I recently visited the Jamba location at the Salt Lake City Airport. I really enjoyed the smoothie I ordered. It tasted fresh and high quality. However, the attitude of the employees left something to be desired. When I thanked one of the staff members for my order, she gave me a disgusted look and didn’t respond. I understand that employees don’t have to be overly enthusiastic, but a simple friendly acknowledgment goes a long way in creating a welcoming experience.

Prompt and friendly service, standard Jamba menu and fare. This is a good option for a quick bite during a layover.
I have read some of the reviews for this place and it stinks. How many people are having that bad of an issue while visiting Jamba. That being said, I’ve only gotten the açai bowls there and both my wife and I have loved them and I like them in the four times a month I’m in the airport to travel for work. Definitely feels cold and distant to go there as you don’t have really any human interaction unless you need to try to complain about something from what I’ve watched since I spend a lot of time with the gate nearby there. ... read more
