I have read some of the reviews for this place and it stinks. How many people are having that bad of an issue while visiting Jamba. That being said, I’ve only gotten the açai bowls there and both my wife and I have loved them and I like them in the four times a month I’m in the airport to travel for work. After navigating security and rushing to my gate at the Salt Lake City International Airport, sometimes all I crave is something refreshing and wholesome. Jamba (formerly Jamba Juice) is my go-to "healthy location for juice presses and smoothies" in the terminal. I always appreciate their wide variety of fruit and vegetable-based blends. Looks like a great selection of beverages with convenient checkout, and good service
The women working were rude and unhelpful, we stood at the register for 5 minutes and had to wave our hand to ask for help, even after they were staring at us waiting for help. The lady at the register had no manners and was not kind at all. She even just asked us to order on the kiosk instead so she didn’t have to do the order.
Managed to swing by before a connecting flight. Kiosks work well if you're not making substitutions. I had someone help me because I change a few things usually. The smoothie was a bit watered down, but not bad. Service was solid, turnaround time was solid. Note, this is near gate A12.
