So I show up to this Jamba Juice and I, after deciding order an aai Primo. The cashier person verbatim says we don’t have any of the ingredients for that. So I say, but it’s on your menu. And she says wow it’s not like I have any control over the menu. Wow Certainly won’t be returning here

I ordered a Coffee Dream Machine, and what I received looked nothing like the menu photo. The drink had a strange appearance with dark specks throughout it, and I honestly questioned whether my order had been made correctly. I was very disappointed with both the appearance and overall quality. Definitely not what I expected from Jamba.
Yall can afford to have more than one person working this stand at a time plz be fr a 20 min wait on a smoothie is crazy work. The poor employee was doing his best and I felt awful for him.
