We love the staff they are so friendly. The smoothies are always the right consistency and delicious. I do feel bad when I come through with big orders since the staff has apologized multiple times for only having 2 blenders so they couldn’t make more drinks at a time.
Pricy for what you get.
The dude taking my order was such a huuuuuge jerk. I never come to Jamba, so I was trying to find a drink with a substitute that fit my dietary restrictions, the substitute I tried to use wasn’t compatible with the drink I was ordering, so he made fun of me as if I know what every item on the menu has in it. Didn’t try to help me figure it out, just gave me a hard time. He made me feel so bad and rushed that I ended up leaving with a drink I couldn’t even drink. So, we went to Jamba Juice yesterday. It was a long line - not sure why (in hindsight, probably due to certain people). When we got to the drive-through order area, we started to order and she cut us off and said, "Give me a minute!" We waited patiently, made sure our order was ready for when she picked up again.
