there was a worker who complained about doing her job and got mad when I told her she messed up my order. I said sorry and she's like "sure you are making me do more work." and they also had an expired food certificate.
I haven’t been to JJ in so long! It was worth it!! Did a mobile order, used a coupon, drove up thru the drive thru line, got my order instantly & the smoothie was AMAZING! Thank you for the welcome coupon & great/fast service! Will be back weekly! :)
The manager of this location was such an unbelievable jerk. He openly mocked us for having to take a few moments to read the menu. One of his own employees actually apologized to us for his behavior when we picked up our food. Hey Jamba Juice corporate, is this the behavior that you encourage for your onsite leadership?
The fact that I’m writing a review almost a week later might explain how angry I still am! My daughter and I came thru the drive through at this location last Saturday Feb 8 in the afternoon. The guy that took our order was rushing us through and questioned the Buy one get one free fundraiser card that I told him I had. He then told us to pull forward where he proceeded to take my card and tell me that I had already used all of the punches on it. Showed up right at open, 7AM, on a snowy Saturday with terrible road conditions… and was pleasantly surprised it was actually open on time (thought weather would delay opening), staff were ready, greeted me kindly, and had my açaí bowl done in no time at all. Nothing but good things to say about my experience.
