I have went to Jamba juice for years and I've always liked it but this visit was Absolutely disgusting!! The breakfast sandwich was literally FROZEN and I don't know what they did to the drinks but they were terrible. Tasted like something was rotten in them. I do not like leaving bad reviews, but I am mind alone how bad this was. I am so disgusted.
Served us a frozen “handwich” went back to let them know and they were so rude. The team member was going to reheat the one we purchased, luckily the supervisor on duty grab a new one for me. She then overcooked the next one so that was also not edible. Please care about your guests, do better.
(WATCH THE VIDEO) Guy at the drive through today at 5pm gave me a lot of attitude and didn’t want to take my order.. told me to go somewhere else when I was ready to order…
