New staff gave me a hard time ordering a smoothie to my request. Not very helpful. Will be my last visted to this store.
They were every rude to elderly black woman the pregnant cashier was so rude to that elderly black lady I had to step in and they called the police on us because she couldn't count. The manager is friends with the cashier because off of a phone call told the elderly black not to come back when we talked to the the GM she was very dismissive about the disrespect that that lady fault and offered a refund of the drink. Even though the lady say she comes every day.
FOUND PIECES OF PLASTIC IN MY DRINK! First thought it was bananas strings but no an entire tooth brush was in my drink. I’m pretty sure I’ve consumed plastic at an unhealthy level!!
