Drive thru this morning was very rude, wished her a better day and drove off and spent my money at Starbucks where customer service is better. Please don’t take your frustrations out on customers, especially at 9:30 am.
So I went into in and the person at the counter refused to serve me, directed me to the kisok, but no one was in store, asked if they could help but they said no, not even an option to wait, kinda ridiculous since I was the only person in the store
I went this morning to this location and the young lady that helped me was super nice and gave me time to look at the menu. I ordered a large drink and split it into two cups, and got two waffles as well. Usually the wait is long and I don't always get the best customer service at this location, but today was different. I made a pick up order this morning and was given great service by Mateo! He was very professional and gave exceptional menu advice. He was very kind and had my order ready for me upon arrival. This was very helpful being that I was looking for something quick after the gym! Give this man a promotion
I love how this Jamba has a drive thru! So convenient. Tonight’s order made my day with a sweet message added to the lid. 😊
