the new manager Ty is amazing. even when it’s insanely busy in there he is diligent and attentive, while keeping the customer service top tier. HUGE improvement from the way things were before he got there. He always goes above and beyond while managing the chaos that comes with working in such a fast pace and high demand restaurant chain. i’m giving 5 starts just for him alone, not to mention the smoothies are always on point.
White girl was rude on letting my clients use the bathroom was very rude
I love going to this Jamba Juice in Natomas! The customer service is amazing and, of course the smoothies are always perfect! It's my go to ever morning because of that 😀
