Ordered ahead online. They didn't even know about the order. I had to pull it up on the app to prove I paid. Then the guy found the receipt print out and started making in 40 minutes after it was supposed to be READY for pick up. A full hour after I placed the order. Ridiculous.
Ordered a large chocolate love. I asked for it to be made thick. It had a metallic taste that ruined the entire drink. I called and the worker said she doesn’t know why it would taste metallic. She didn’t offer to remake it or anything. I will not be going back to this location again. This is the second time this happened at this natomas location. I went to the Arden location yesterday and got the same drink and it was amazing.

They started turning off carrot machine at 6:30 itself again while the store closes at 9pm. Strange.. This should be updated online for phone pick up, it would make it easy.
Prices are not reasonable anymore. But drink shots are only $5 for a sip. All I could afford. Took forever, it seemed. But hey, you may like slow service and expensive drinks.
