Walked in - they messed up my order + were aggressive with charging me 50 cents for a cup of water after paying $25 for drinks. Just horrible and inconsiderate service! They also messed up the sizing of the drinks and still forced me to pay an up charge difference that I never ordered because of their mistake. Really weird… I don’t know if they thought I was walking in for freebies or what… but they treated me like I WAS NOT A paying customer.
This one girl make my drink to perfection every time. I think Maddie or Macey. Top tier service thank you. I always get my drink extra thick and she always put her back into it. Thanks girl.
Been going here for two years getting the same exact order Medium Pb banana with extra scoop of whey protein. And since the whey protein foams out , i request it to be put into a larger cup so I can get all the protein / drink I paid for. Until today that the worker ( curly red hair ) refused to do that . I was simply asking for the remaining of my drink and she said she won’t do it . So I left. Horrible attitude. Miss the old crew ! They were awesome!
Be careful about this location there’s an employee In there who’s absolutely abusive to employees and customers and I’ve got her all on camera. Multiple times ive arrived and then met with absolute sarcasm verbal and subliminal abuse. She thinks people don’t understand sarcastic jokes and being wity. I caught everything she said paying attention even saw the way she rolled her eyes at the old lady asking for help With. She’s a heavyset large YT girl.
