I've been going to this place for about 2 yrs now and I can't say I've met a better team of people and individuals! Always with a positive attitude and smile whenever customers walk in. If there's a line I noticed people really don't mind the wait, it's worth it! while waiting for my smoothie I could clearly hear employees using inappropriate language from the back, It seemed unprofessional and wasn’t the kind of environment I expected, what made it even more surprising was that the person using the language appeared to be the one in charge or a manager of some kind? hope management addresses this to ensure a more welcoming environment for customers
My smoothie must’ve been for someone else because I asked for a split cup and it was not split. It was also very liquidy and not smoothie like. I was bummed.
