Ordered a small mango a go go with whey protein. Jamba has always put the smoothie in a medium size cup due to the whey volume. Smoothie was in a small cup. When I asked if whey protein was included the Jamba associate said whey was added but there sometimes isn't enough to put in a medium size cup. I could see there was a lot of smoothie left in the blender cup that went to waste. It was enough to easily fill a medium cup. If there was a change in policy be honest with customers.
