They couldnt find my order quick to say it wasnt there, then found it. Then said oh we dont have an ingredient, even though i paid for that add on. So guess just kind of jeeped out of that cost. Two people working.
Meal was ok. I love the mango and go go and the mozzarella bites are good too for a first timer! Staff didnt tell this party of women to stop making loud noises with their hand fans..
No fresh carrots juice available they were out of carrots. Ordered apple and greens smoothie, they start with sugary bottled or canned apple juice and add some frozen apples and greens. With that much added sugar I might as well drink $1 coke instead of $10 I was charged at Jamba.
This is my fourth time going here and they never have the carrot juice ever, not in the mornings or the evenings. Not going back.
Update: Change my rating from a one to four stars. I wanted to provide an update since it has been a few years and my experience has improved. I come here once a month, and my order is always correct and ready on time. Thank you for the improvements. Ordered today and the wrong wrap was delievered. And, the food they deleivered was cold. Nothing like eating a cold sauage sandwich when it should have been a warm sausage wrap. Also, the waffles were cold. These are supposed to be warm.
