This is my fourth time going here and they never have the carrot juice ever, not in the mornings or the evenings. Not going back.
Update: Change my rating from a one to four stars. I wanted to provide an update since it has been a few years and my experience has improved. I come here once a month, and my order is always correct and ready on time. Thank you for the improvements. Ordered today and the wrong wrap was delievered. And, the food they deleivered was cold. Nothing like eating a cold sauage sandwich when it should have been a warm sausage wrap. Also, the waffles were cold. These are supposed to be warm. Worst customer service ever. Rude, poor attitude, dismissive, inattentive, passive aggressive, the list can go on . I honestly think they need to find new employees because the current ones ABSOLUTELY despise their job and it shows.
Watched them make 6 peoples orders before mine even though I paid 1st. 2 employees included in that number. Headed back to Smoothie King.
