I came in to order a Chunky Strawberry Bowl, but unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. When we arrived, we were not greeted, and there was only one staff member working. I understand being short-staffed and don’t mind waiting for my order. However, I became concerned when I noticed the employee moving between different stations and handling the cash register without changing her gloves. Went there last week to try it out we weren’t greeted then when I tried to order they didn’t have bananas or strawberries didn’t offer an alternative I had to ask her. Then I said never mind and walked out.
if i could give this place zero stars, i would. the customer service was absolutely terrible. i went in today expecting a normal experience, but the girl behind the register was incredibly rude and had a nasty attitude from the moment i walked up.i understand everyone has bad days, but there’s no reason to treat customers with disrespect. a simple greeting and basic courtesy go a long way. unfortunately, that wasn’t the case here.
