I paid 8 dollars for a smoothie that tasted like the fruit had gone bad. A waste of money. Will not be returning.
I love jamba and was excited to hear pretzels were available but it seems EVERY SINGLE TIME I go, theres NEVER any pretzels ready and get told they’ll be ready in 12 minutes. I dont want to wait much for them so my mood is soured and decide to ignore jamba now.
I was here today. When I arrived there were 15 people waiting. One girl moving as slow as possible making drinks and another lady rolling dough. She stopped with the pretzels and took my order referring to me as "baby" VERY INAPPROPRIATE! 6 more customers arrived after I did. She finally stopped with the dough and helped the other girl with smoothies. Customers were frustrated and 1 lady spoke up. The customer also asked the lady not to call her baby. This place has improved on making the smoothies since they first opened last year. The smoothies don't taste watered down anymore.
The wait is long because they always seem to be short staffed. Even on a slow day. I believe more training is needed as well because the food is always over cooked. Smoothies are great though.
