The woman working there told us the wait time for the mozzarella bites would be 3 minutes, i put a timer and it took 6 almost 7 minutes. After handing us the mozzarella bites, i counted them and she gave us 10 and not 12, mind you, we PAID for 12. She also told us she would give us the other 2 a other time which made me confused until I counted the bites. I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this Jamba Juice location. Due to my health, I can only drink fresh juices like fresh orange juice. Almost every day after work, I drive about 12 minutes just to get it. Unfortunately, the employees working between 6–7 PM seem to make up their own rules every day. Please do yourself a favor and do not come to this location! This Jamba is the worst! I ordered a smoothie that they gave me half filled. When I asked to have it filled to the top the lady gave me attitude and rolled her eyes. When she brought me another one filled it was extremely watered down. The customer service is awful and the drinks are awful! Do yourself a favor and just get out of the car and get a Jamba on Mooney. The convenient drive through is not worth the crappy drink.
