I had never been to jamba before and will never be going back. I came into the store and the worker at the register didn’t even greet or say hi, or even say a word through our whole interaction actually. I ordered the protein berry smoothie and i had one sip and it was absolutely disgusting. It was 90% protein powder and some milk. and on top of all that i was walking to leave the mall the paper cup fell apart and busted all over. Mind you i am i 25 year old man, i dont leave bad reviews ever but this experience was crazy.
I love their razzmatazz smoothie! It’s the perfect drink on hot day. The employees are always pleasant and quick too.
Jamba is one of those places that takes me home to Hawaii. I drive from Cincinnati to Columbus to surprise my wife with one. Customer service was better than average, but the people inside them all shopping is pedestrians is what made do experience with it at all. They were the most courteous outgoing people I’ve ever across in the past 10 years as a whole an would recommend going, especially if you live closer than I do. Try the wheet grass if you’ve never had one. Hope you like
Abu said that it was policy to not remake drinks that are wrong. I had ordered a watermelon breeze smoothie and usually order it with tajin in it. This time I didn’t and when I drank my smoothie I felt it tasted off, not like watermelon at all. It wasn’t until my husband tried it that he confirmed it wasn’t watermelon. Regardless of the wrong taste, it was already watery and by the time I made my way to return to get it remade it had watered down even more.
