The employee Rae was fantastic. She was very fast while making the drinks and very friendly. Most definitely recommend Jamba!
A young girl, who didn’t have a name tag was absolutely not professional and rude. She didn’t use any polite words as Thank you or Welcome. She was afraid yo give her name as I wanted to mention it in my review. Would not recommend this place. Terrible experience.
We went and got 6 drinks. The fruit was spoiled. One of the drinks was for me and my 1 year old thank God I tasted this first bc it was clearly bad. Tried to call and ask for some sort of replacement or refund and you couldn’t even get through to talk to someone. Terrible.
Definitely understaffed, took us 25 minutes to get our food and it was wrong the first time. We waited more for the right order and our oatmeal came out super soaked and leaked all over my pants on my way to work. I don’t like to leave poor reviews but going here ruined my morning.
LET ONE GO! If you can’t effectively manage both establishments in McKinney and Plano, do yourself and your staff a favor and let it go. I didn’t want to leave this review, as the young lady that is always there to man the place on her own in McKinney, is always so pleasant but seriously three strikes you’re out.
