One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The man who works that works at this location is very cold and rude. I don’t think this is a job meant for him if he hates interacting with people so much that he makes it obvious as you’re just ordering. I wanted to order a waffle bowl and instead of just kindly telling me they’re out, he coldly replies with “no waffles.” I then decided to order a smoothie instead and there’s just no acknowledgement whatsoever. I’ve been to this location before with no issues, but the worker had a scowl on his face and seemed like it was an inconvenience that I was there. Felt very unwelcome.
The smoothies are fine, but the employees face timing people while working gave me the ick.
Im 15 minutes post visit and the guy working there now just needs to go. He doesn't speak, he always has an angry scowl on his face, and just the act of walking in the store is clearly an inconvenience. There is no acknowledgment that you’re even there. If he moved any slower he would go in reverse. People waiting for pickups don't know whats what because he doesn't communicate at all.
