This is for the owner. If your staff are not showing up, pay more! Minimum wage is NOT A LIVING WAGE IN THE BAY AREA. Shame on you for making your workers struggle with little support staff on busy hot days. I won't be coming back after having to wait 15 minutes for a drink that takes 30 seconds when I've come in before.
My husband and I came in last minute on Tuesday, and Mark and Tricia helped us. They were so kind, friendly, and helpful. We ordered two smoothies and the mozzarella bites, and the service was incredible. The team even paused their cleaning to help us without making us feel rushed. Great customer service feels rare these days, but not at this Jamba location!
Despite working alone at 2 pm during a very busy rush with many orders, person working today 03/16 still provided excellent and efficient service!!
Good drink an good vibes. Friendly staff. Took my order an served my drink right away. I appreciated that they made my drink colder to last its long trip back to work.
Trisha made me the most delicious smoothies with protein that I have ever had. She was Friendly, happy and helpful, how refreshing for a small business these days!! Iris, the manager remembered me from my last visit, something I don’t see often. I highly recommend Jamba Juice in Lafayette, California, you won’t be disappointed!
