Enjoy the smoothies it takes a little while to get your food but it is good
The smoothies are always top notch! But the service was so bad I had to give 1/5 across the board. My husband and I arrived at 8:20, and it’s now 8:56 and we’re just now getting our order. They messed up my husbands order too. We LOVE TSC, but the service at this location is pitiful! The owner should hire more employees. The gals were so sweet and so kind, so I’m literally basing my comments on management and ownership! It would be nice to make the drive thru a faster process. The juice was great as always but the staff was rude and didn’t even want to do their job, I had a gift card and the card reader was messed up but in stead of typing in the number on the card she just said “must be no money on the card” I know for a fact that the card has money on it because I call the customer service number and they ran the number and said it had money in it. a very disappointing experience at Jamba Juice today. My order was made incorrectly with very little yogurt and no honey, even though I specifically requested it. When I politely asked if a little extra yogurt could be added and offered to pay for it, the employee refused and instead told me I would need to purchase an entirely new remake. It was really nice. They asked us our order and got it for us really quick. It was clean and had a nice atmosphere.
