The restaurant layout was practical.
Absolutely terrible service. I went to place an order with Stefany, and even though I asked politely in Spanish, she told me to “wait” and then ignored me completely while continuing her personal conversation with her coworker. I ended up leaving without ordering. Very unprofessional and disrespectful — I will not be coming back.
I ordered the Acai Primo Bowl and was really disappointed. The base was watery and had a weird flavor — nothing like the fresh, thick acai bowls I was expecting. It felt more like a thin smoothie with toppings, and for the price it was a complete letdown. Definitely not worth it.
Was at the front of the shop to order as 8:40PM on a Thursday. They said they were closed. Online says 9PM closure. Ridiculous
