I stopped by Jamba Juice on my break from work in the mall and had a really disappointing experience with one of the employees. Around 3:43 PM, I asked if they offer a mall employee discount, and instead of simply answering, the woman helping me gave me attitude. She looked me up and down multiple times and then said, “YOU work in the mall?” in a very rude tone. I told her yes, and she asked where I worked as if she didn’t believe me. I came at 8:25 pm and they were not selling bowls anymore, just smoothies because they were closing. If they close at 9, they shouldn’t stop selling bowls 30 minutes before.

They never have orange juice! Or so they say! They need to get a bigger supply of oranges and an extra juicer! Or stop lying about not having any!
