I visited the Moorpark Jamba Juice store today, and unfortunately, my experience was beyond terrible . I encountered a situation that required assistance, but instead of receiving help, I was met with sarcasm from the manager Briana. Consistently good smoothies, drinks, and bowls. The server this past Saturday morning around 8:20 am on 10/5/24 was exceptionally helpful and quick to prepare our order. He assisted us in best using our gift card and better utilizing the Jamba app and we were in and out in under 10 minutes.
