I always have a terrible experience when Parrot or Perot, a tall, husky fellow with a beard,is there. He deliberately ignores me, will let a line accumulate to avoid taking my order, doesn't greet me but greets other patrons, delays making my drink for customers behind me. I visited the Woodland Hills store this morning and ordered an Acai Dream bowl, paying $15.49 with Google Pay. When I picked up my order, I noticed the strawberries were old and rotten. I immediately returned the item and requested a refund. Unfortunately, the employee was unable to process the refund and told me she would call me back.
