The best Jamba in town. I had an issue with my online order and I wasnt able to place what I was actually craving for. I mentioned that to one of the clerk, not only they served me my initial order, they made me another one on house. Excellent customer service. Ashley and her team deserves 10 stars.
My experience at this jamba was very good compared to any other ones. The staff at Jamba is top-notch! They are always friendly, welcoming, and ready to assist you with a smile. They make you feel right at home and create a positive atmosphere in the store. The store itself is clean and well-maintained, making it a comfortable place to enjoy your smoothie. I love coming to this Jamba location for many reasons. The staff is always so kind & friendly but most importantly it is always so clean and well kept. My family and I enjoy getting our weekly smoothies and their delicious pretzel & waffles. I’ve been there when they are super busy as well and they handle everything so well, with a smile and our drinks are always perfect. While I was there I also noticed there was an unhappy customer & the staff was so quick to accommodate her with a positive attitude.
I ordered a large orange dream drink comes 3/4 full I paid 9.88 I asked to get it fixed I get a full cup with no orange taste.. up the price cut the volume. And if you complain you get iced orange juice UPDATE Phone number is non working number.. Also on a feedback email after filling out it was unable to be accepted So the what I believe to be a auto answer is non professional
