I stopped by this Jamba juice location to pick up my smoothie that I placed online. I went with the large strawberry surf rider. I found parking easily during lunch time in the plaza this store is located in. When I walked inside, the man working greeted me. I told him my name for the order and he had the drink ready. He also made more so he give me the extra one as well. Customer service was great, the drink was delicious and they have outdoor seating here too.
The best Jamba in town. I had an issue with my online order and I wasnt able to place what I was actually craving for. I mentioned that to one of the clerk, not only they served me my initial order, they made me another one on house. Excellent customer service. Ashley and her team deserves 10 stars.
My experience at this jamba was very good compared to any other ones. The staff at Jamba is top-notch! They are always friendly, welcoming, and ready to assist you with a smile. They make you feel right at home and create a positive atmosphere in the store. The store itself is clean and well-maintained, making it a comfortable place to enjoy your smoothie.
