Ordered an açaí bowl which I always ask with no honey, employee was quieter de since entering and when asked for no honey she states it comes with honey… the honey was on top of the topping, clearly added. I had never had an issue with this request. Horrible customer service
I bought a smoothie and immediately walked outside and dropped it, I went back in and Dom made me a new one for free without hesitation. Very, very nice staff!

All I have to say is if you have to be somewhere, like work for instance.. don’t come here. The service was not good.. I’ve never seen the lady that was here before but she was extremely slow and just not very welcoming. After the fact of all this the Açaí bowl I got is not good at all and I’m pretty upset I spent $13 on it for what I got. I usually go to Berry Blendz but they were closed today for some reason so I came here thinking it would be similar but it is not. Highly disappointed.
The girl working today with glasses and ponytail at 1230pm was alone in the shop. However, I watched her execute 8 orders all within a few mins. For this I will keep coming back. And 30/10 recommend this Jamba Thanks!
