Incredible service from David on night shift and ALWAYS a great attitude. 3/9/26
Came at 7:09 pm and tried ordering an orange juice and they told me they stopped doing them at 7pm. Yet their store doesn’t close until 9pm on Saturdays. I don’t think it takes two hours to clean your orange machine does it?
walked over to the store, hours said they should be open, door was locked. I figured that maybe only the drive-thru was open since it was early. Went back to my car and drove over, after the little pre-recorded message I sat there for a few minutes, finally said hello? , someone i could barely hear said they would be with me in just a moment. I waited a few more minutes and then gave up.
I went to Jamba Juice to pick up my order at 8:00 pm, but the two employees working, who looked like white guys, were too busy playing around and yelling to even help me. They were totally unprofessional, and I never actually got my order. Super frustrating experience, and I won’t be going back anytime soon.
I never got my order, I made an online order at after work around 8:20ish and my pick up was at 8:38 so I went to pick it up and both male workers weren’t willing to give me my order. I got a peanut butter but tela order and I never got it. Both workers inside were playing around. The drive thru was open and weren’t answering drive thru. I never got my order and left at 9:05. Waiting for the Açaí bowl I never got
