EL servicio no es tan bueno ya que debes esperar mucho tiempo. Recomendaciones. Necesitan más personas para atender con dos las esperas son largas y con una persona es peor aun.
I placed a pick up order, when I walked in no one said anything. I was standing there for 10-15 minutes before it was my turn on the register and an employee came ( there was only 1 other client who was already being served) . My smoothie was ready the whole time (in their freezer).
I asked for a watermelon but they gave me strawberry instead. And the taste is not good
Terrible customer service. The employee making the drinks, along with an off-duty employee, were loudly gossiping and using inappropriate language right in front of customers. My drink had apparently been sitting on the counter for over 5 minutes before anyone bothered to tell me it was ready. To make matters worse, the off-duty employee was blocking the pickup area, and I had to wait for her to move just to get to my drink. By the time I got it, the drink was partially melted. The smoothies did not taste good. Disappointed. They tasted watered down and lacked any note of flavor. The worker was closing up and the floors were soapy. There were still 10 min left until closing. Definitely not safe to walk in there.
