Nick was phenomenal preparing my order today. A very nice change of pace to see a smile and care compared to how I was previously treated
The cashier / server working on July 29th, 2026 (today) at 10:00 AM with a ponytail and glasses was unsanitary and rude. Horrible customer service. Also was very unsanitary and unprofessional with the food and when I brought it to her attention she just looked at me and kept going. Didn’t even apologize. Very gross and disgusting.
I went in on Friday. Coming off a long car ride needed to go to the restroom while I waited for my order. This was near their closing time. A man worker had been in the bathroom for an extending period of time already another worker stated, right at the end of their shift, it seemed he was more trying to get out of work. He opened the door and stared at me with a mean mug, told me "it's out of service" in the most rude way. So, he would not allow me to use the restroom after waiting.
