Never have lemonade for surf rider waste of a trip again . Call before I make that trip for sure 4/30/25 Store supposed to be open at 10am I been here literally an hour and watched over 10 people walk up and pull the door. Each customer should be compensated for the waste of time coming here it after 11am this is crazy! No sign or anything
This was the first time I’ve been to this Jamba Juice. I waited a while before I was served. I ordered an aloha something and strawberries wild. The aloha something just tasted like blended bananas and pineapple juice. The strawberries wild was strawberries with too much water. Where is the fruit? Where is the sugar? We didn’t even taste the fruit or the sweetness in the smoothie itself. It was just poorly mixed or blended or something. Ugh. I just walked out the door and tossed it. Wasted of $16.
Some of the worst customer service I have ever had. They were rude and acted as if we were bothering them when we asked questions. They didn’t smile nor say thank you. If you don’t want my business just say so!
This was my first time trying Jamba and it wasn't the best experience. Staff were friendly and helpful. I ordered the Aloha. Got out to my car, pulled away, tried my drink and it was awful. It tasted like bad medicine or something. What a waste to pay $7 for a smoothie I was craving just to throw it away
