I think Jamba is under new management. It is no longer the Jamba I used to love. The staff is rude and with the new self check-out counter, they are very unhelpful. When I went in today, there was extra smoothie in the blender, so I asked if I could have it since it was my smoothie and they would just throw out the rest. The employee responded that I would need to purchase another cup for 50 cents if I wanted the rest of my smoothie. It never used to be that way, especially, since it would be a small cup. Don't listen to the one-off customers. 🙄 I LITERALLY come here daily for lunch, a minimum of 5 days a week, as I work across the street and live close by, and love smoothies. 😁 The whole crew here does awesome. 👍 The wait times are only longer when it's hot out, because everyone wants a smoothie when it's hot out. Obviously. That's just common sense. 😒 Everyone has bad days, but generally speaking, this location is fire. 🔥 Again, don't worry what the one-stars are whining about. You'll be fine. I seriously don't know what you guys put in the razzmatazz when I was nearly finishing I had bad taste to the point of I'm seriously tired of announcing that I'm a cancer patient with a compromised immune system That means that I get sick 🤢 fast to wear I End up in the hospital

Use to be better but when you come in its a self serve kiosk the worker does not pay any attention to you at all. Today the woeker literally worked on 1 order extremely slow and avoided myself and another customer waiting.
