Went on $1 Smoothie Day (and they were very busy, which I understood). The Strawberry Swirl was excellent!
I ordered a drink for my son, mother, and I. I placed my order listing each drink and stating "all drinks large". The lady that took my order read each drink back to me stating all drinks as medium. My mother told me she is okay with a medium. So I corrected her "my son and my drinks need to be large" telling her which drinks need to be large. A different woman made the drinks. Extremely slow service. 15-20 minutes to prepare a drink. Only one person actually prepping orders, including mobile/online orders. This was on a nearly empty lobby. 2 people working when I entered, another started while I was waiting. The gentleman who stated "he had been working there a long time" offered no help.
$10 for a medium size smoothie… no thanks, not anymore.
