The person at the counter was so rude to my niece, she ordered a green machine and they gave her some sort of dreamcicle flavor, poor girl felt so unwelcome she didnt even say anything. I get having bad days but I feel like here recently anytime I order anything or go in myself everyone in there seems like they dont even want to serve us. Management needs to fix it by either making it a better work environment or with training.
I used to LOVE Jamba Juice in the early 2010s and would go all the time. Haven't been since before 2020 and my husband and I are incredibly disappointed after working a hot outdoor project. The moment I walked in I knew something was wrong because it didn't SMELL like Jamba Juice does, like fresh oranges and fruit. Strawberry Wild was watery when it definitely is supposed to be thick and it seperated shortly after getting home, maybe 15 minutes. Apples and Greens was literally apple juice and kale. A good place but they always close earlier then the time it says it will close!
Got my drinks and bowl fairly quickly. Staff was friendly, everything was good.
