Clean location, friendly staff, good attention to detail. Never mess up my order (which is fairly complicated). Good location, my personal go-to.
The location and people are great CORPORATE SUCKS. I have over 2000 points and I can’t ever redeem them. The app won’t let me delete an order I tried to redeem and now I can’t even use my points at all and it’s been like this for a month. Let’s get this figured out. It’s not rocket science
I stopped in on Saturday around 6pm. Don't get me wrong the service and smoothie was great. The person working was fantastic and very personable. However, I wanted to drink my smoothie in the store while waiting for a friend at Safeway, but it was so hot in there I had to leave. I kid you not it had to be 90 degrees in there! We went in around 9:50 AM, and unfortunately, the experience was really disappointing. As soon as we walked in, the employees made it very clear that they weren’t happy to see us. They were rude from the start, just a general attitude like we were an inconvenience. It felt like they were more focused on there conversation than actually helping customers. The whole vibe was unwelcoming, and it definitely made us feel uncomfortable. And they messed up 2 out of 4 of our orders and one of them was warm.
The boy who worked here in the morning would give me orange juice mixed with water.
