I recently went to Jamba juice in Mililani, Hawaii, and had a mixed experience. While my friend enjoyed their refreshing Tropical Dragon smoothie, I was disappointed with my choice of a peanut butter drink, which tasted horrible. However, thanks to Danielle's amazing customer service, my experience turned around when she promptly replaced it with an incredible chocolate substitute. White male employee working on 4/13 at 2:20pm has a very disgusting attitude! His tone and his customer service sucks! If I could give ZERO STARS I WOULD!
Horrible service at this location. Literally stood in front of the cashiers waiting to order and never got acknowledged. The two employees completely ignored me and just kept having a conversation.
I came in at 7:20pm and the staff told me it was too late to make açaí bowls but they close at 8pm. Lazy staff.
It’s 5:47pm on 12/24/25 as I write this and the two employees already locked the door for the night even though it is not 6:00pm yet. Demonstrates poor customer service when I arrived during their advertised hours and are turned away, that breaks the trust established by the posted closing time and shows a lack of respect for the customers time.
