White male employee working on 4/13 at 2:20pm has a very disgusting attitude! His tone and his customer service sucks! If I could give ZERO STARS I WOULD!
Horrible service at this location. Literally stood in front of the cashiers waiting to order and never got acknowledged. The two employees completely ignored me and just kept having a conversation.
I came in at 7:20pm and the staff told me it was too late to make açaí bowls but they close at 8pm. Lazy staff.
It’s 5:47pm on 12/24/25 as I write this and the two employees already locked the door for the night even though it is not 6:00pm yet. Demonstrates poor customer service when I arrived during their advertised hours and are turned away, that breaks the trust established by the posted closing time and shows a lack of respect for the customers time.
