Upon my repeated visits to Kailua, I have consistently encountered subpar customer service. It is not challenging to extend a simple greeting, such as “welcome” or “hello.” While it is understandable that a store may be bustling with customers, it is concerning when a single individual, even in a sparsely populated store, takes over five minutes to acknowledge my presence. BEWARE of Kailua JJ. Check your receipt. I got overcharged for small smoothie for medium price on gottaguava flavor. There are no postings in the store stating that there is an upcharge. The manager? Owner? Tall Asian guy was in the store and made up excuses but didn't refund me. I explained that it was illegal to advertise a price and then charge people more without their knowledge. Today, I placed an online order for a couple of drinks and went in to pick them up. When I arrived at the pickup counter, there were two other customers also waiting. Behind the counter were two employees, one female wearing Beats by dre bluetooth headphones and a male, identified on the receipt as Leeland C.
