Worst experience I’ve had today. The girl working this morning black long hair, black shirt with gray hoodie. She ran under the counter to hide and peaked her head up once or twice and then walked to the kitchen minutes later and hid, while they were supposed to be opened. I waited about 20 minutes outside sitting from 7:59-8:19 because i placed the order online and i started to drive away then turned around when my app said my order was completed and made it back by 8:24 and still no one unlocked the doors. Customer service is always horrible. I feel like I’m irritating or inconveniencing them when I walk into the store. Also, it’s not difficult to NOT burn a Parmesan pretzel when the oven is automated…c’mon, kids.
