Service was non existent. We were in line for ten minutes after being greeted by an unenthusiastic server. We get to the window where the person asked us if we ordered pretzels(which we did not). And she asked us what are order was. No one wrote it down and I honestly forgot what I ordered. We asked if the order was ready and the clerk said she was working on it but she did not even know our order. We ended up leaving and going to another juice place where the service was incredible. This Jamba location was amazing. Today was Smoothie day and the staff took care of us. Arnov ,Audrey and CJ made our smoothies quickly. I didn’t even wait more than 10 min for 7 smoothies. And the owner was awesome. She also has another location in Naperville called schlotzkys which is also a great location
I’ve been to this location several times and they are always incredibly slow. I would not recommend visiting this location.
