I’m in the store now picking up a Grubhub order they’re two people in here very unkind! One young lady with dreads has yet to acknowledge me at all but she listening to music in her headphones and dancing! The young man isn’t much better!! To top it off I ordered a pretzel and she gave me a half cooked pretzel! Didn’t apologize after I walked back in to tell them they gave me a raw pretzel!!! Service was non existent. We were in line for ten minutes after being greeted by an unenthusiastic server. We get to the window where the person asked us if we ordered pretzels(which we did not). And she asked us what are order was. No one wrote it down and I honestly forgot what I ordered. We asked if the order was ready and the clerk said she was working on it but she did not even know our order. We ended up leaving and going to another juice place where the service was incredible. This Jamba location was amazing. Today was Smoothie day and the staff took care of us. Arnov ,Audrey and CJ made our smoothies quickly. I didn’t even wait more than 10 min for 7 smoothies. And the owner was awesome. She also has another location in Naperville called schlotzkys which is also a great location
I’ve been to this location several times and they are always incredibly slow. I would not recommend visiting this location.
