Had you not closed 45 minutes early, with people still in the drive-thru/store, youd still have my business. But, you chose to turn us down & DENY TWO PEOPLE SERVICE on the 4th of July. I suppose thats the American way nowadays though, isnt it... Rather than serve 2 people, you turned them away. I’ve recently started enjoying Jamba again, it’s been awhile! Yes the smoothies may be pricey but they’re delicious! My only issue is the service, I work in customer service myself and I can’t even imagine treating any of my customers the way I’ve been treated here. No smiles, no manners, and every time I come in I feel like I’m inconveniencing the employees. Management please do better and teach your staff to treat customers kindly!! Everytime I come here one or multiple of my drinks as watered down and cyerra a the window taking orders is always rude she stays with attitude doesn’t even say your welcome when customers say thank you ..
