I’ve recently started enjoying Jamba again, it’s been awhile! Yes the smoothies may be pricey but they’re delicious! My only issue is the service, I work in customer service myself and I can’t even imagine treating any of my customers the way I’ve been treated here. No smiles, no manners, and every time I come in I feel like I’m inconveniencing the employees. Management please do better and teach your staff to treat customers kindly!! Everytime I come here one or multiple of my drinks as watered down and cyerra a the window taking orders is always rude she stays with attitude doesn’t even say your welcome when customers say thank you ..
Not the Jamba Juice of old that's for sure. I haven't been to Jamba in quite some time and I could not believe the changes. A large used to be twice the size and half the price. A lot more food options with some of the older drinks going to the wayside. Way too expensive for what we got

Went thru the drive thru. Attentive and prompt service. Quality drinks, always. Just wish there were more locations throughout Tucson! This location is a bit difficult to access
